There is a salty, almost iodine like acidity that helps to balance the powerful fruit flavours.

This Angela Shiraz is a true reflection of vintage, with the low yields producing concentrated wine of a more savoury nature and great structure. Blackberry, olive tapenade, tar and cassis flavours are balanced with bright acidity and subtle vanillin from oak ageing.
