The Champagne Extra Brut Gran Cru Brimoncourt is the result of the skilful blending of Pino Noir and Chardonnay obtained from the rigorous selection of the best grapes from 6 different villages classified as Grand Cru. The vinification and the first fermentation take place in stainless steel vats. Followed by an aging for over 42 months on its own yeasts with a final dosage of 2 g / l.
Brimoncourt is a modern Champagne House, located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region. In 2008, the eclectic Alexandre Cornot decides to leave a successful career in New York to return to his home region and attempt to fulfill his vision. To do this he chose to rely on the best Champagne Crus and on the cellar Master, François Huré, in order to obtain wines of great quality and a strong personality, which are also a lifestyle, an expression of joyful refinement and elegance.
