The grapes of Vigneti delle Dolomiti Pfersen Angelica are cultivated in the vineyards of Colline di Serso, Casalino and Vigalzano at an altitude of 500-600 meters on medium-textured, porphyritic soil with south-east expansion. The harvest begins in September, it is manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard and the vinification takes place in red with all the grapes at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Vigneti delle Dolomiti “Pfersen” Angelica ages in steel for 5 months and then in glass for 3-4 months.
Angelica wine is a small producer on the slopes of Trento, specialized in the production of wines made with Trentino native grape varieties and often unknown to the general public. Angelica wine was born from the union of some very small producers, united by the spirit and passion for the land, for grapes and for high-quality traditional wines.
