To produce Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato San Martino, a selection of the best grapes is made; they are subjected to cryomaceration for a few hours; the wine obtained is worked with the long Charmat method with the addition of yeasts and kept at a controlled temperature.
The San Martino Winery genuine wines tell the story of a family and its love for working the land and growing grapes. The Cescon family has been running the winery for three generations. Since the 60’s they have passed on their passion for wine, caring for the vineyards and the indigenous grape varieties that truly represent the territory, from the river Piave to the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, famous for Prosecco and Unesco World Heritage. Over the course of the past three generations the Cescons have always believed in nature, honest human labour and a search for quality deeply rooted in tradition. However, they have also invested in the newest technology to become renowned wine makers of quality Prosecco.
