The 18 Meses Bat Gara is sourced from plots located at 340 and 400 metres above sea level, in Lezama, in the Ayala Valley, with a clayey-calcareous and clayey soil with sandstone. Spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts and vinification in old oak barrels with 18 months on lees in barrel.

Intense golden colour. Beautifull tension & aromatics with touches of dry orange, peach and hay. Liquorous. Great progression on the palate from zesty salinity, toasty sourdough and citrus to tropical notes and roasted apple. All this while maintaining the freshness of Hondarribi grape.
