To produce the “Gran Corte” Uco Valley Finca Flichman Dedicado all grapes were harvested by hand. Then they were fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15-20 days at a maximum temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation followed before the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by eight months in bottle.

This wine is deep ruby in colour. On the nose, there are rich aromas of blackberries, eucalyptus and chocolate with a hint of black pepper. The palate is full and plush with soft tannins.

Purple-red with pleasant aromas of fresh red fruit, cherry prevails. In the mouth it is slightly tannic, a typical characteristic of the vine.
