The Sannio Rosso Riserva “Bosco Caldaia” Antica Masseria Venditti is produced with Aglianico, Montepulciano, Piedirosso and typical local clones from vineyards located in the municipality of Castelvenere at an altitude of 120/150 meters. The harvest is carried out manually at the beginning of October; vinification is prolonged with maceration of the marc in the must at a temperature of 22/26 °C for 4 days and fermentation for 16/18 days. The Sannio Rosso Riserva “Bosco Caldaia” Antica Masseria Venditti ages by cold settling and decanting and then bottling.
NOTES: wine obtained from organically grown grapes certified by ICEA
The Antica Masseria Venditti has always cultivated its own vines, vinified its own grapes and refined its wines, with love, with passion. The name of the winery derives from the family residence of 1595. Probably built on the foundations of a convent of Benedictine monks dedicated to the production of foodstuffs to supply the abbeys of the territory. The greatest production was reserved for wine, a precious and indispensable good. The grapes are certified organic demonstrating a strong love and respect for the territory. Wines with personality, clear and frank. Surely to be tried by both newcomers and fans who probably already know this important reality.
