ORGANOLEPTIC EXAM: intense golden yellow color. Bouquet characterized by floral notes, with hints of broom, honey and beeswax, savory taste, particular with delicate acidity and light tannic sensation, with strong mineral notes characteristic of the vine.

HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard after the second half of September
