The Prosecco Extra dry Tre Comuni Vallis Mareni is created from a selection of grapes from vineyards located in the three municipalities with a controlled designation of origin: Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and Vittorio Veneto, cultivated on medium-textured, calcareous soil. The harvest is manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard and the vinification is in white at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Tre Comuni Vallis Mareni Extra Dry Prosecco ferments in large closed steel containers at a controlled temperature between 12 ° C and 14 ° C and is aged in glass with a pressure in the bottle of 5 atmospheres.
