Cembrani 708 km Rosso” is made of a bland of Schiava, Lagrein. The grapes harvested for the production of this blend are part of several vineyards owned by the members of the Cembrani DOC. Each company has selected a particular area, has vinified the grapes and conferred the wine to the Consortium for the creation of an exceptional blend of the best that can be produced. These wines are the expression of the historic vines of the area, together with those that represent the future of the Valle di Cembra vineyard. The vineyards have a south/east exposure and are located between 300 meters a.s.l. and 550 meters a.s.l. in the municipalities of Cembra and Giov.
