ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: straw-yellow colour. Intense aroma with a complex aroma of fresh honey fruit and hints of camomile, velvety taste with good acidity and a sapid and mineral finish.

VINEYARD OF ORIGIN: Aiali and Gelsarello surface 1.60ha – sixth various plant – altitude 5-60 m / asl – strains / Ha 4800 – north / south and east / west exposure

YEAR OF PLANT: 1989 / ’93
YIELD PER HECTARE: 65 q / Ha
LAND: flat and in a pedo-hill position, loose texture, sandy silt
HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard in the middle of September
MATURATION: in stainless steel containers of 25/50 hl. until February. It is usually bottled between February and May.
AGING: in glass for 2, 3 months
