ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: Ruby red color. The purple floral is combined with the fruity currant and ripe marasca, creating a beautiful olfactory bouquet. The taste is tannic but still delicate and fine, fairly balanced and harmonious in persistence.

VINEYARD OF ORIGIN: Pianacci, S. Antimo (Castelnuovo area) and House surface 2.50ha – vines / Ha from 5,000 to 3,500 – sixth plant from 2.50×0.80 to 2.90×1.00 – altitude from 280 to 400 m / asl – south, south / east, east, south / east exposure

HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard
VINIFICATION: in red with fermentation in steel vats open from 15 or 30Hl, three daily pumpovers for a week. Another week closed vat with pumping over and finally the last week rests before drawing off
MATURATION: in wood for about a year AGING: 12 months in glass
