The Bronner and Solaris grapes of Trentino Bianco Naranis Francesco Poli are naturally resistant vines to the fungal diseases of the vine and that do not require any pesticide treatment. They are grown in vineyards located in a limit zone for the cultivation of grapes, in Naran, at the foot of Monte Gazza and Paganella in the municipality of Vezzano, in organic farming certified by ICEA: biodynamic preparations are used and green manure is sown. . The harvest begins in mid-September for the Solaris and in early October for the Bronner the grapes are crushed with light maceration on the skins and subsequent pressing. After a natural decantation, the must is left to ferment in steel barrels where it remains for some months on the lees. The Trentino Bianco DOC “Naranis” Francesco Poli refines glass.
“For over ten years our vineyards have been cultivated and certified in organic farming, then we decided to expand our research by processing them and carrying out multi-species sowing with the aim of developing the roots of our vines in depth. to give greater fertility to the soil, reducing and sometimes eliminating what was previously essential, drip irrigation. In the cellar spontaneous fermentation and minimal use of sulfur to create wines that represent the soul of our territory. ” – Alessandro Poli
