To produce Rioja “A&A” Blanco Bodegas Martínez Laorden a cold maceratation was followed by the alcoholic fermentation. 50% of the Rioja “A&A” Blanco Bodegas Martínez Laorden must was fermented in new oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
The vines are grown in clayey-ferrous soil which is garnet in colour and absorbs watereasily. The vines produce low yields with small, concentrated berries.
