To produce the Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC “Blush” Ai Galli the grapes undergo a slow cryomaceration until they reach the desired shade. Soft pressing and completion of fermentation. Aging in steel tanks for a few months before blending and bottling.
The grapes are grown in Pramaggiore, at 25-40 m.a.s.l in a medium textured clayey soil.
