The grapes to produce Rioja “Lanzado” Joven Bodegas Martínez Laorden were harvested at optimal phenolic maturity, sorted and then Rioja “Lanzado” Joven Bodegas Martínez Laorden fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, to retain the fruity characteristics of the Tempranillo variety.
The soils are clayey-ferrous which are garnet in colour and absorb water easily, producing low yielding vines with small berries.
