The grapes of the Vino Rosso Ros de Sers Angelica are grown in the vineyards of Serso and Varago on soil with a medium porphyry clay mixture. The harvest begins in October, is manual and fermentation takes place in steel tanks in contact with the skins for about 10 days. The Vino Rosso “Ros de Sers” Angelica ages in steel tanks and ages for about two months in the bottle.
NOTES: the Vino Rosso “Ros de Sers” is part of the project of recovery and vinification of the ancient historical varieties present on the Trentino territory “Vini dell’Angelo”.
Angelica wine is a small producer on the slopes of Trento, specialized in the production of wines made with Trentino native grape varieties and often unknown to the general public. Angelica wine was born from the union of some very small producers, united by the spirit and passion for the land, for grapes and for high-quality traditional wines.
