The grapes of Trentino Pinot Nero Maso Palt Longariva are grown in the Maso Palt (Besagno di Mori) on the slopes of Mount Baldo at an altitude of 350 meters on land rich in gray and red limestone with the presence of clay and vulcanites (ancient traces del Monte Baldo, extinct volcano). The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place on the skins for about 10 days. The Trentino Pinot Nero DOC “Maso Palt” Longariva makes a brief refinement in small oak barrels for about 6 months then refines in glass.
