Carignano del Sulcis DOC “U Tabarka Roussou” 2011 – Tanca Gioiaby Valentino Minotti
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: intense red colour tending to garnet. Enveloping aromas, complex with earthy notes and hints of myrtle. Spicy vein combined with the elegance of tannins, very persistent. Roussou (“Red”) was the first wine made by Tanca Gioia: it comes from the vinification of pure Carignano del Sulcis, a symbol of the island of St. Peter and of the whole Sulcis-Iglesias region.
