A pale, beautifully balanced Chardonnay with hints of vanilla on the nose and a winning cool climate acidity. Careful oak treatment has resulted in a wine of depth and balance. Ideal with seafood risotto or lemon risotto.
A striking bouquet of nettle, minerals, blackcurrant and oak-infused spiciness. Made in the traditional Bordeaux style, the wine was fermented in new French oak, adding layers of complexity and flavour. A long, fine line of acidity provides great length and finish. A great match for fresh gnocchi with basil pesto and pecorino cheese.
