Pinot Gris Dirstelberg 2018 – Agathe Bursin


Pale straw. Lemon, apricot and pear are enlivened by white flowers on the refined nose. Brighter and richer in the mouth, with suave flavors of ripe peach and sweet spices given clarity and cut (for a Pinot Gris) by a laser beam of acidity. Very juicy and fresh on the long, smooth, classically dry finish.
