The Arneis Roero Arneis Malinat Pinsoglio grapes are grown in the Malinat vineyard at an altitude of 200/280 meters with east, south-west exposure on sandy clayey soil. The harvest begins in mid-September, is manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard, followed by a soft pressing and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (18-20 ° C). The Roero Arneis DOCG “Malinat” Pinsoglio ages in stainless steel tanks; the wine is decanted in the bottle in April where it will be refined.
The Pinsoglio winery produces only typical Roero wines which are rooted in such a rich and variegated territory and that represent it in each glass that we taste.
This family-run winery is located in Canale (the core of Roero) in the hamlet of Madonna dei Cavalli. The farm has been founded in the 60s by Oreste Pinsoglio and, like all typical Roero farms of that age, managed different cultivations. Through the years they decided to invest more resources on new areas planted with vines.
