The Barbera Barbetta Antica Masseria Venditti is a typical local grape called Barbetta grape, saved in the 1930s from the phylloxera grown at an altitude of 120/170 meters. The harvest takes place in the second half of September carried out manually followed by a maceration of 4 days and a fermentation of 16-18 days. The Barbera Barbetta Antica Masseria Venditti matures by cold decanting and decanting and stabilizes through microfiltration and then ages in the bottle.
NOTES: wine obtained with organic farming grapes certified by ICEA
The Antica Masseria Venditti has always cultivated its own vines, vinified its own grapes and refined its wines, with love, with passion. The name of the winery derives from the family residence of 1595. Probably built on the foundations of a convent of Benedictine monks dedicated to the production of foodstuffs to supply the abbeys of the territory. The greatest production was reserved for wine, a precious and indispensable good. The grapes are certified organic demonstrating a strong love and respect for the territory. Wines with personality, clear and frank. Surely to be tried by both newcomers and fans who probably already know this important reality.
