The Bovale BVL Quartomoro is 100% Bovale grapes sourced from the Alto-Campidano on an altitude of 20 metres a.s.l. The vines are pre-phylloxera sapling vines that are more than 90 years old, rooted in a sandy soil. The Bovale BVL Quartomoro is pressed and destemmed, fermentation is in steel vats with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature and maceration for 7 days with repeated repassing. The wine is then matured for 6 months in steel and aged in bottle before release.
