ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: golden straw yellow color, intense, persistent and fruity aroma; harmonious, sapid, full-bodied, well-balanced and typical taste.
GRAPES: Malvasia del Lazio, Trebbiano Giallo, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia di Candia, Bellone
VINEYARD OF ORIGIN: ceppi / Ha 4,500 – southern exposure
YIELD PER HECTARE: 80 q / Ha
SOIL: of volcanic origin rich in potassium, phosphorus and magnesium
HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard to reach the right maturation
VINIFICATION: after the cold maceration of the grapes at a low temperature for a minimum of 12 hours by applying liquid carbon dioxide, a very soft pressing must is obtained which is fermented at controlled temperature in small vats.
