Vineyard of origin: on the slopes of the first Dolomite spurs, in the northern part of the province of Treviso
Breeding: spurred cordon
Year of planting: 1985
Yield per hectare: 120 q / ha Land: clayey
Harvest: manual in box with selection in the vineyard the first half of September
Vinification: white, except for partial contact with the skins for the Marzemino, at a temperature of 20C.
Maturation: for slow re-fermentation in large closed steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14C, with a subsequent stop on the lees for about 3 months.
Aging: in glass with a pressure of 5 atm in the bottle.
