The Metodo Classico Brut Lieselehof is made of 100% Souvignier Gris grapes sourced from Putznai / Kardatsch, at an altitude between 250-300 meters above the sea level. The Metodo Classico Brut Lieselehof his distinctive character is from the soil, red clay, deep and stony. The harvest is manual, harvesting of ripe grapes with min. 19KMW, fermentation without the addition of foreign sugars, not even for fermentation in the bottle (method Lieselehof), no addition of sulfuric anhydride until disgorgement (total below 25mg / L). The wine mature in steel for 9 months and age for 24 months in the bottle
