Peterle Baldessari is a Teroldego that was previously cultivated on the sunny peaks of Povo. These grapes are born on the hot stone of the east, ripen exuberantly on the dry rock of autumn, and become a tenacious but elegant red, wild power of perfumes, austere stone profile. It is a wine of character, made of passion and ability to stand out; agile, stubborn, vibrant, and thick, with the scents of autumn. His first vinification took place in 2012. The Peterle Baldessari is vinified with the skins, without temperature control. The permanence of the new wine under the marc until the alcoholic fermentation is complete. First decanting and then in small wooden barrels where it naturally goes to malolactic fermentation.
