Malvasia Seco Coleccion 2018 – Bodegas El Grifo
A clean, bright and vibrant wine beautifully showcasing the varietal characteristics of jasmine and orange blossom, with underlying notes of apricot and peach. Fresh and vivacious on the palate yet harmoniously balanced, it offers a long, smooth and persistent finish.
The Malvasia Seco Coleccion Bodegas El Grifo grapes were carefully selected and underwent a light maceration on the skins before being pressed. Cool sedimentation took place prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in stainless steel for a period of three to four months, in order to preserve the pure fruit and varietal characteristics of the Malvasia Volcánica variety.
