Bouquet: extremely intense and ample, with hints of candied fruit, dried apricots and hazelnuts.
Palate: jammy fruit with a mineral note, full bodied and surprisingly persistent.
Serving temperature: 10/12 °C.
Food Pairing: Because of its great complexity
and its sugar content it is well paired with patè,
spicy gorgonzola and jam tarts
