The Brunello di Montalcino Podere Fornacella is made s per disciplinary of 100% Sangiovese Grosso. The vineyards are at an altitude from 280 to 400 meters above the sea level facing south-east. The Brunello di Montalcino Podere Fornacella is vinified in red with fermentation in closed oak conical vats of 20 and 30 Hl: three daily pumping over for about a week. Another week closed with two replacements in closed and finally, the last week rests before the drawing off. The wine is then matured for 36 months in oak and 5-6 month in bottle before release.
